Now I got a little fired up tonight talking to a friend up on the roof based off of some

my Gear Vault stuff, and I am interned coming down here to talk to you about it.

By down here, I mean I was up on the roof talking to my friend on her roof deck and now

I'm down here in my apartment using the road NtUSB back home.

So I'm not at the office for this.

And this isn't about being a plug for my Gear Vault.

I just want to go into a little manifesto movement, manifesto thinking, just some spitting some stuff off the top of my head with what my goal is for my Gear Vault.

And I want to share all of that with you.

And one of the things that comes to mind beyond the things we think and do not say is this statement, that just because it's always been done that way or this way or that

way doesn't mean it needs to stay that way just because the insurance industry has been doing

the same thing for almost 300 years doesn't mean that it can't change or shouldn't change or won't change. It needs to change.

Because I'm tired of the messages that come in when you're not in full control of a situation,

why somebody isn't covered, why one person's covered, why this person's told this, why this person's

told that. And it comes down to having control over the message.
