This is episode number 149, where I sit down sometime during the day to share what's on my mind with you,

I've been replying to some and I'm going to reply to more today. And I really want to thank you guys for doing that. So the title's talking about where's raw talk? I'm going to get into that in just a second, but holy Jesus, started my Saturday off over

at the factory, watering the garden, getting a video ready to put up for today the real-world

review of the Sony 402.8 Gmaster lens.

We did a preview before.

Now we have the real world review ready to go up.

Then after that, went to the gym and did 941 calories burnt in the

functional training workout that we did. It really kicked ass. But what you guys really want to know

is where's Rawl Talk. So here's what's up. I chose to stop doing Rawl Talk for now. The reason

being is it wasn't enjoyable or fun for me at the moment. And I know a lot of you guys really enjoy it and like it. But what started to happen for me is that when we would do it weekly for like six years, it was a thing. It was a, you know, we made sure we hit it every week. There were people that watched.

There were people that listened. I didn't realize that the numbers were as good as they actually were probably.

And I'm the one that really kills most things because I don't really know. If you have nothing to compare it to, then you don't know if it's doing well or not doing

well. And then with some of the transition, moving it to a live show, YouTube may tweak

with the numbers a little bit when you do a live show and it doesn't feel like people are

watching as much and you don't get the same burst as you do after the fact. I like going live. I like the

live aspect. I like the super chat aspect because obviously it's cool when somebody gives you some

money for something, but I like the way that we would record it and then put it up and it became a

thing and it wasn't just a live stream. I like the interaction with the live stream.

The problem is if we don't just live stream it, it then takes a lot of extra work to go ahead and tweak and edit after the fact to then put it up.

The whole point of live streaming was to be able to, once it's done, it's done.
