I have a tendency to do the same routine time and time and time and time and time again.

The routines, the habits, the wake up, go through the same process, do the same stuff, eat the same stuff,

go leave the same time, have the same thing. And I think routines

are good for me, in my opinion, but after a while the routine stuff becomes, well, routine.

And everything becomes stagnant or not a challenge, or you just become complacent or used to it, and then you start to get lost
