So I just got done watching a little documentary called Super Mench.

It's about Shep Gordon, who is a manager, who has a fascinating story, a music manager,

a manager of celebrity chefs.

And the way that I got to watching this documentary tonight was I was

listening to the Bob Left Sets podcast. Now, Bob Lef Sets is a guy that writes about the music industry.

And I've read his Lef Sets letter for a little while, and he has a lot to say about the music

industry and business and marketing,

and so more so the music industry, but things that go on in it in his take. Well, a while back,

he started a podcast, and he had somebody like Jason Flom on who was part of my Six Degrees

project, who gave an amazing podcast, so good, such a great interview, you should listen to it.

Well, he had on

Shep Gordon recently. And I know I've heard of Super Mench the movie, but I never actually

went and saw it. Now, it's a documentary about this guy's life. And what is so amazing about it is that

when it starts off, he talks about how he, you know, grew up in New York, Long Island,

but ends up after college in L.A. for a job that he only lasts like a half a day at.

And then he's driving in L.A. and he ends up getting off an exit because he had to get off in an exit.

And he ends up at this motel that said vacancy.

And he encounters Janice Joplin.

And then with Janice, he encounters Jimmy Hendrix and the doors.
