Jared Polan Fro's Photo.com and this is the Daily Fro for May 31st, 2018. The time is

0:08.6

351 p.m. This is episode number 116, where I sit down sometime during the day to share what is on my

0:15.7

mind with you and you get to share what's on your mind with me when you call or text to 667454-6376.

So yesterday's episode was about me heading to London today.

0:29.1

Now, I'm heading to London in about an hour and a half.

0:32.1

That's why I'm doing the Daily Fro right now because I'll be flying and not landing till nine in the morning in London time,

0:40.0

so I wouldn't be able to get one of these up for you guys to enjoy. So today was spent

0:45.8

preparing to go, and it's interesting what can get done when you're under the gun, or in this

0:52.6

day's terms, against the clock. When you're against the gun or in this day's terms against the clock when you're against the

1:20.0

during days because I just don't feel the pressure to get something done. But today,

1:25.3

there's pressure. I chose to sleep in, which meant getting up at

1:28.8

8 o'clock, which is not normal because normally I'm up at 630, 645 to go to the gym at 7, and I try to

1:37.0

get my 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep. And as I talk about that, I yawn. I apologize for the yawn.

1:44.0

But I knew I had tasks to complete today.

1:47.0

So I had to do, resend the contest email, which I did yet, which I originally sent yesterday.

1:53.8

I resend it. I had to do fix plus raw talk, though that was yesterday as well. I had to do something for a sale coming up, which is the

2:01.4

eight-year sale. I had to take care of paying a client, had to pay some invoices. I had to water

2:09.0

the plants because I'm going away. I had to handle some other retirement type stuff, and I had to get
