The time is 1048 p.m. This is episode number 46, where I sit down here at the end of the day or sometime during the day and share what is on my mind, like a journal.

0:22.3

I also give out my phone number 267-4546376, where you can call and leave me some feedback about whatever it is you'd like to leave me

1:45.3

But I don't know.

1:47.0

Who wants to be tethered in like that now?

1:51.0

Um, just so you can hang out of the helicopter.

1:52.8

Yeah, it's cool.

1:53.6

But if something goes wrong and you have no way of getting out, like today or yesterday,
