in Philadelphia. This is episode number 39. 39 times in a row. I've sat here to tell you what is going on in my life, what's on my mind.

And basically, this is a daily reminder, aka it's like a, like a journal, because that's why I time and date it.

Yesterday's episode, a little wonky on the first four and a half minutes because of that audio

issue. Hopefully I have that resolved now. I also need to get Stephen in here to set up my

Adobe audition with better compression and better audio because he can do a kick-ass job with that.

I have a good mic. It's a road N-T-USB. It's really good.

Steven can do a better job tweaking the file because just like a raw file, he knows what he's doing when it comes to audio.

And I don't. So if you were able to get through yesterday's episode, just know that,

or if you couldn't, it was just the first five and a half minutes, sorry, four and a half

minutes after that, perfectly fine, good episode, didn't want to stop, didn't want to restart

I actually didn't start Froeno's photo until 2010, but that's okay. It's a long time. So today was pretty

cool, woke up, did the normal, went to the gym, got my sweat on seven to eight with a trainer

and a group session. But I want to try something a little different today. I want to build up some shutter speeds, toy around with the exposure triangle, show you what goes

through my mind as I'm building a scenario or the exposure.

Like literally, I have a blank sheet of paper.
