Let's get into everything baseball related from the past 24 hours.

And we will start with a pretty horrific injury in Detroit.

Parker Meadows made a collision in the outfield against the twins in a fly ball and it was

really, really brutal.

I'd advise even maybe not to see the video with how brutal it was.

Head to head contact.

He has been rushed to the hospital.

No further news on that front.

No. I don't know if he's going to be hitting the 10-day IL,

but either way, our thoughts go out to Parker Meadows for sure.

It's always horrible when you see an injury like that happen.

We're used to torn ligaments and things like that,

but those dangerous collisions, especially in the head area,

really, really shocking.

And it's just awful to see, And it's a very unfortunate news for sure coming out of Minnesota, coming out of Detroit.

But hopefully, we're just hoping for the best news possible and that it can return to baseball activities fairly shortly.

Brent Rooker also pulled out of the game today after one at bat with back issues.

He is questionable.
