I tried to have a stroke today. Can you do that?

You know what? DeRont said happy and versed free to me today.

I love that. I got scared for a minute because I was like,

I am forgetting something important. He was like,

it's been a whole week since you had a stroke.

Oh my God.

And that's actually pretty important because 30 days,

like once I hit the 30 day mark, my chances of having a repeat

occurrence go down dramatically.

Oh, that's fantastic.

Right now I'm in this like scary mode.

Like in the in the hours, days and weeks following a stroke,

you're super high risk of another one.

Apparently like one in three people will have another one.

It's really not good odds at all. Like that sucks.

And so, you know, it's been nerve wracking to say the least,

which is why I've been so anxious to get all the appointments

underway and all the testing.

So, but yeah, I've made it a week.

And so I feel really good about that.

And I feel like if I could just do that three more times,

then I will have hit that 30 day mark.
