Oh, we got a classic nine to five or tonight, cash the ticket daily dime Jim Costa totally made up this nine to five or deal.

Sounds catchy, right? It's a game in baseball. You could bet five innings or you could just bet the nine inning money line and some of you guys, you know, my five inning deal and maybe you think it's stupid.

Fine. This episode, it's a game you can just play team to win straight up money line. Perfectly acceptable way to bet baseball.

But let's go through it. Match up tonight, San Francisco Giants, Arizona Diamondbacks, Diamondbacks, a home dog, this season they're 13 and nine as a dog, they got a winning record.

They're one of the better surprise stories in all of baseball. Why are they dogs tonight?

They're sending Tommy Henry to the bump against Alex Cobb on paper, bad match up for Arizona. Henry's a young arm, actually a portage Michigan native, his ERA's over five.

His whips over one and a half. He has not had a great start to the season. Cobb has been nails, ERA to for the Giants. They're the favorites.

There's your surface level explanation. But why I like Arizona in addition, because we're not throwing out minus 150 favorites. I think the dog is live here. Tommy Henry is a lefty.

The Giants do not hit left handed pitching. They're in the bottom five in terms of OPS against left handers. So in five innings, I'm betting on the Diamondbacks.

Good baseball team with a favorable match up a team that might not score a ton. If you want to bet the whole game, here's the rationale, the Giants, the teams that beat them, and most teams do beat them, get to them in the later innings.

So their bullpen, ERA over six, bottom three and all a baseball Diamondbacks not much better. So we are playing with fire if you bet the full game, but you feel like you're doing it responsibly, right?

That's what we say gamble responsibly. This feels like a responsible play because you're getting boosted odds. You're getting the match up out of the gate and ining one. And I think you got the better bullpen once you get into the 78th and the 9th.

You can bet it five ining. You can bet it nine ining. It's plus 125 ish. I think it's plus 125 for both of them. Give or take, but it's largely the same deal. So this is a total preference play, whatever you're most comfortable with. I think I might bet both and try to double dip because I feel good about it. Otherwise, I don't put it out here for a daily dime. So that's the play tonight. Arizona Diamondbacks at home against the Giants plus 125, five ining and nine ining.

I do not have a hockey play. I hope Kenny cut does come in here and record one of them. He's got some stuff he was tinker and within the lab. I was talking through some of it. I don't know if you'll have the conviction to cut an episode.

Not don't want him to. If he doesn't believe in it, then don't don't come in here and waste his time and waste your time. You guys click on it. I want it to be something that Kenny believes in for Sir Pux a lot.

What happened last night, Toronto did what I didn't think they would do. They had a little bit of a spine. They hung in tight game. I thought they were going to lose even when they got up one nothing.

I got up to nothing. I thought, Florida's going to be all right. They answer real quick on the power play. I figure, hey, third period. If they can get the game tying goal, that place is already loud. Toronto is going to melt down and they didn't.
