Singapore-based Nectar AI announced today it has raised $6 million in seed funding led by B Capital Group.

Combined with its previous round, the new funding brings Nectar AIs's total seed capital

to $8.1 million dollars.

Reese Witherspoons Media Company, Hello Sunshine,

which has produced content for Hulu, Apple, and HBO,

has been sold to a yet unnamed new media firm run by former Disney execs.

Deal terms were not officially disclosed but reportedly the sale values Hello Sunshine's

business at around 900 million dollars.
