The big story is, the results are out in a multi-year audit of Facebook's approach to civil rights issues. In recent weeks, as the company

has faced an advertiser boycott over some of these same issues, executives have pointed to the

audit as a sign that it's taking civil rights concerns seriously,

but the findings aren't exactly positive.

While the audit process has been meaningful and has led to some significant improvements in the

platform,
