Here's your Daily Crunch from May 19th, 2020. First up, Disney's streaming exec Kevin Mayer will become Tiktok's new CEO.

Mayor's role involved overseeing Disney's streaming strategy, including the launch of Disney Plus last fall, which has already

grown to more than 50 million subscribers.

He was also seen as a potential successor to Disney CEO Bob Eiger.

Instead, Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products Chairman Bob Chapeck was named CEO in a sudden announcement in February.
