First up, Elon Musk, the billionaire who recently decided he wants to add Twitter to his collection of tech firms

tweeted that his 43 billion dollar bid to buy the company is on hold pending details supporting calculation that spam slash fake accounts do indeed represent

less than 5% of users.

Musk followed up with a second tweet writing that he is still committed to the acquisition.
