First up, Uber is in advanced stages of talks to sell its food delivery service Uber Eats

is India business to local rival Zamato, as the American ridehailing giant looks to cut its global spending, according to sources.

If the deal goes through, it would mark the end of a year-long struggle for Uber to unload

the Uber-Eats India business. The deal currently values Uber-Eats' India business at around $400 million, said one of the sources.
