Here's your Daily Crunch. After years of ignoring consumer demand for in-app lyrics, particularly in the U.S.

Spotify announced, it'll make a new lyrics feature available to all global users, both free and premium, across platforms.

The feature is powered by lyrics provider Music's match and expands on a prior deal Spotify had with the company

to offer lyrics to users in India, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.

In other news, Apple may be sharpening the focus of its long in development electric car.

There are reported sources that claim Apple is now shifting its attention to a fully self-driving car,

not just a more conventional vehicle with semi-autonomous features.

Where Apple had recently targeted a launch in five to seven years, the sources said it was now

aiming for 2025. And Alexa is learning to have more natural conversations.

Amazon announced its rolling out the new conversation mode feature to its Echo Show 10 third generation devices, which allows the virtual assistant to engage in free-flowing

conversations that don't require you to say the wake word Alexa.

This mode is enabled and disabled by the user via voice commands so it can be something

you only turn on as needed.
