Welcome to episode 239, where we continue our creativity month, our month of creativity experiments.

And we're four weeks into it.

And how are you feeling?

I'm feeling really good about it, actually. Yeah. Like I mentioned last week, I have

experienced a lot more of a mindset shift than I expected and not just in terms of the daily

practice of creativity, but in lots of things, problem solving, empathy, parenting,

and then my creative work as well.

This week's theme that we're going to discuss, though,

I think is going to prove to be probably one of the things that I do struggle with.

The most difficult.

For me, just for me and my personality and my tendencies, yeah.

But on the whole, I'm absolutely loving it.

I'm loving, much like our nature experiment, the call to just sit down and practice

in a creative way every day and just making it part of our daily rhythm.

I'm finding it really fulfilling.

Yeah, I've really enjoyed the last week.

We've had my parents come over and stay with us.
