Welcome to Enjoying the Journey with Evangelist Scott Paul.

For some, the Christian life has been reduced to a one day a week church service experience,

0:22.6

and yet God, in His Word, teaches us that we are to walk with Him daily.

0:26.6

Today we look to God's Word to discover simple Bible principles that will help us as we live the daily Christian life. In my second year of college, I enrolled in a Greek class.

0:51.4

We were studying, of course, the principles of Greek so that we could do

0:55.9

word studies in the New Testament, and it was a challenging class to say the least. It met at 7 o'clock

1:41.1

through the years you see even believers are still sinners

1:44.7

in need of daily forgiveness and daily cleansing.

1:48.1

Your relationship as a Christian is settled,

1:50.3

but your fellowship, you have to work at that.

1:53.2

That has to be maintained.

1:54.6

But there was a word found in that verse

1:57.1

that I thought I understood,

1:59.0

a word that was assigned to me to study. It was the word confess.

2:02.9

And when I first began looking at that word, I thought, well, I know this word.
