As Texas Tech quarterback Brendan Sorsby has been granted an injunction by the district court in Lubbock,

Texas overruling what the NCAA has ruled that Sorsby would not be eligible due to betting on his own

team and admitting to betting over $90,000 worth of bets in the last three or four years.

Now, the district court is saying that the NCAA doesn't have jurisdiction to do that,

essentially.

That's wrong.
