I am healing.

It's a process, but I'm getting better every day.

Depression is a temporary condition that I will get through.

I wasn't born feeling this way, and I won't feel this way forever.

I'm getting back on track.

I'm finding more and more things that bring me joy, that make me feel enthusiastic and excited.

I'm open to trying new things.

I'm rediscovering what makes me happy and what makes me fulfilled at this point in my life.

I'm so excited to move towards a brighter future.

I have so many amazing, fun, and cool things to look forward to.

Experiences, memories, friendships, achievements.

I matter.

My life matters.

I am needed, and there are people out there counting on me to pull through.

Loved ones, strangers.

I have so much to offer.

I am capable of creating a beautiful, joyful life for myself.

I am focusing my energy on all the good in my life, and all of the good that's waiting for me.

I let go of all the things that weigh me down.

Anything that stands in the way of me and happiness, I release it with love.

I am so grateful for my life, and I'm so excited for this wonderful new chapter that I am beginning.

I am not stuck.
