I start from the ending.

Once I know how my story ends, I go, okay, I know how my story ends of the movie.

So then I go up and then I go to what's the big conflict that they need to fix.

And then I go up until my catalyst, what now would set this whole thing off.

So we call those your set pieces.

You know, and then I started with TV first, so there still act breaks to me.

So the different, you know, dialogues.

When pitching a story, you want to pitch your, what we call your big set pieces yeah exactly and then once but it makes

it so much easier bro i because i started that when i used to try to write movies and i would just

start writing and i'm like oh how's it saying i'm always changing stuff and changing stuff so it's like

you don't know who and the main idea when people get lost and they get stuck is because you don't really know your character that well.

If you know your character all the way through, you're going to know what they're trying to do, what their goal is, what drives them, what their weaknesses are, what stops them from getting there, what they need to overcome.

That third act is usually where your story either makes it or breaks it yeah because
