0:14.1	Okay, so I am a family lawyer.
0:17.4	I prepared my parents' advanced directives with very, it was a very long discussion.
0:25.6	And one of the things that they asked is that no matter what, they want to die at home.
0:32.6	And we talked about all the things you can imagine might happen.
0:47.0	And before, when my parents were younger, they took care of my paternal grandparents until they died. And they both had dementia.
0:50.2	They saw what happened.
0:52.1	And my dad made a specific request.
0:55.0	I don't want to live like that ever, ever.
0:59.1	And now he is.
1:00.9	And of course, where we are, you know, end of life.
1:05.9	We don't get to just say he didn't want to do this.
1:08.9	So let's give him his wish just not an option so now
1:14.9	we all live in the same house and my father is extremely demanding on my mother who her problems are
1:25.7	more physical and his are more cognitive.
1:30.3	And most recently, so basically he just yells for her constantly and she comes running.
1:36.7	And I directed the kids.
1:38.6	If I'm not there, if Paul yells, go find out what he wants.
1:44.0	But all he wants is to get grandma, go get
1:47.6	grandma. And it could be for nothing, you know, just look at this commercial on TV and so forth.
