If this is your first time here to this particular show and this podcast, we do three shows per week.

One is on Monday where I'm interviewing some sort of high level

guests that are hard to get to. They're in the limelight somehow, whether they're a pro-athlete,

whether they're former seal or whatever operating at a high level.

Wednesdays, this is our Q&A, our live Q&A.

So we treat this kind of like a radio show where people call in, people join the call, they have questions for us,

we have no idea what's coming.

So this is completely unscripted, it's unpredictable, we don't know what's coming.

But all questions usually center around what we call the five dimensions of being a husband father

which is optimizing your health, mastering your personal finances, family finances,

creating a legendary marriage, an epic connection with your kids and being a leader in your community and or business.

So today I've got my wonderful amazing co-host who I try to play ball with this guy try to be in the same field with him.

It's hard to keep up with him because he's an absolute legend and that is Joe Bailey.

Tomorrow's show is our third show of the week and that is Thursday throwdown.

And Thursday throwdown is usually when I'm interviewing somebody from our

Alliance mastermind community because that's our dads in the trenches.
