The AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout format stands as a high-octane favorite in the world of high-intensity interval training. During an AMRAP session, the goal is simple: tackle a series of exercises or moves within a fixed time frame, usually spanning 5 to 20 minutes. Your mission? Ace as many rounds of the designated exercises as you can within that timeframe. Beyond pumping up cardiovascular endurance and muscle might, this format fuels that daring spirit within you, urging you to defy limits and pour your all into every rep. Here's an example of one that is very popular in cross fit.

It's called Cindy. You do five pull-ups, ten push-ups, 15 squats, Am-R-R-AP, 20 minutes. So you'll complete five push-ups, ten push-ups, 15 squats, five pull-ups, ten push-ups,

15 squats, as many rounds of that as you possibly can when you have a clock set to 20 minutes.

In the Amrat format, you'll create a workout using two to four exercises.

If you don't want to create one on your own, Cross Fit and other sources have hundreds of them. Move fast and minimize
