0:56.7	release what's going on release what we're worried
0:59.3	and are full of care about
1:01.5	this is an oasis
1:03.8	this is a safe space
1:06.4	nothing's gonna shift
1:09.1	other than us right like if we can go pick up all those cares and worries,
1:13.6	it's given ourselves permission for a few minutes,
1:16.8	just a few minutes to catch our breath.
1:19.2	And allow the scriptures to speak into our lives.
