Today is the fourth day of September. Welcome to the daily audio Bible. I am

0:08.0

Brian. It is fantastic to be here with you today as we dive into this week and

0:15.0

move forward together another step as we continue our voyage through the Bible

0:23.1

this year. We have wound our way into some wisdom literature in the Old Testament

0:30.8

and that's where we are right now and so we've worked our way through the

0:35.0

book of Job and are now in the book of Ecclesiastes which looking at it in

1:57.5

2:04.1

wise person than to be praised by a fool. A fool's laughter is quickly gone like

2:11.1

thorns crackling in a fire. This also is meaningless. Extortion turns wise people

2:19.8

into fools and bribes corrupt the heart. Finishing is better than starting. Patience is

2:28.4

better than pride. Control your temper for anger labels you of fool. Don't long

2:37.0

for the good old days. This is not wise. Wisdom is even better when you have money. Both
