Today is the 23rd day of October. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible.

I'm Brian. It's great to be here with you today as we take the next step forward through the adventure that

we're on together through the Bible.

So we're reading from the names of God Bible this week and by the time we reach the end of this week we will have completed the book of Jeremiah and moved forward and we will also have completed the letter, this Paul's second letter to Timothy that we're reading and moved forward into the letter to Titus.

So that's kind of the lay of the land for the week,

but let's dive in.

Jeremiah chapter 42 verse 1 through 44 verse 23 today.

Then all the army commanders

along with Korea's son Jahan and Hoshi's son, Jazanaya, and all the people, from

the least important to the most important, came to the Prophet Jeremiah. They said to him, please listen to our request and

pray to Yawe, your Elohim, for all of us who are left here. As you can see, there are only a few of us left. Let

Yawe your elohem tell us where we should go and what we should do.

The Prophet Jeremiah answered them,

I have listened to your request. I will

I will pray to Yawe your Al-O-Him as you have requested and I will tell you everything Yawe says.

I won't keep anything from you.

So they said to Jeremiah,

may Yawe be a true and faithful witness against us if we don't do exactly what Yawe your

Alleheim tells us to do. We will obey Yaway, our

Elohim, to whom we are sending you, whether it's good or bad. Yes, we will obey Yawe our Alohim so that everything

will go well for us. After ten days, Yawe spoke his word to Jeremiah.
