I am Brian. It is great to be here with you today as we greet a brand new shiny, sparkly week.

This is the first one we get to greet this month.

So we are going into the first full week of the month of November.

As we gather again around the global campfire,

and move forward.

We're going to read this week from the Evangelical Heritage Version.

And we're working our way into and through the book of Ezekiel, a major

prophets in the Old Testament, or one of the major books of prophecy.

They're known as major prophets because of their length, because of the amount of

material. We'll be going through the minor prophets before this is over, and we'll notice that

they're a lot shorter. But Ezekiel is one of the major prophets, and so we're camping out here,

obviously, until we get through. Today,

Ezekiel, chapters seven, eight, and nine.

The word of the Lord came to me. And to you, son of man.

This is what the Lord God says about the soil of Israel.

An end.

The end has come upon the four corners of the land.

Now that the end is upon you, I will unleash my anger against you.
