It is wonderful to be here with you together as we bring another week.

One of the 52 that we have to a close.

Grateful that we can do this.

Grateful that we can be together to do this.

We really are, we're in the book of numbers, but we really are about to bring numbers to a close.

So I believe tomorrow, as we begin a new new week we'll also conclude the book of numbers.

So this is our last full day in the book of numbers for this year. And where we left off yesterday

was we're recalling, recounting all of the wilderness journey where this massive group of a million people or more are moving

around from place to place and we're recounting that journey.

So today, Numbers chapter 33 verse 40 through 35, verse 34.

At that time, the Canaanite king of Arad, who lived in the Negev in the land of Canaan,

heard that the people of Israel were approaching his land.

Meanwhile, the Israelites left Mount Hor and camped at Zalmona.

Then they left Zalmona and camped at Poonon. They left Poonon and camped at Obo. They left Obo and camped at Lai Abarum on the border of Moab. They left L Laa barum and camped at Dibon Gad. They left Dibon

Gad and camped at Almond de Blathayam. They left Almond de Blathayam and camped in the mountains

east of the river near Mount Nebo. They left the mountains east of the river and camped on the plains of Moab beside the Jordan River,

across from Jericho.

Along the Jordan River they camped from Betjeshemote, as far as the meadows of Acacia, on the plains of Moab.

While they were camped near the Jordan River on the plains of Moab opposite Jericho, the Lord said to Moses, give the following instructions to the people of Israel.
