Great to be here with you. Wonderful to have a home like this that we can come to every day and we've come here to well take the next step forward

we've come here for the scriptures we've come here for each other we're showing up for each other

but we've come here for the other, we're showing up for each other, but we've come here for the scriptures, and so let's pick up where we left off. That will lead us back into the book of Numbers, chapters 8 and 9.

and 9.

The Lord spoke to Moses.

Speak to Aaron and tell him. spoke to

Aaron and tell him,

when you set up the lamps, the seven lamps are to give light in front of the lampstand.

So Aaron did this. He set up its lambs to give light in front of the lambsstand just as the Lord commanded Moses.

This is the way the lambsstand was made. It was a hammered work of gold, hammered from its

base to its flower petals. The lampstand was made according to the pattern the

Lord had shown Moses.

The Lord spoke to Moses.

Take the Levites from among the Israelites

and ceremonially cleansed them.

Do this to them for their purification. Sprinkle them. Do this to them for their purification.

Sprinkle them with the purification water.

Have them shaved their entire bodies and wash their clothes,

and so purify themselves. They are to take a young bowl and its grain offering a

fine flour mixed with oil and you are to take a second young bowl for a sin offering.

Bring the Levites before the tent of meeting and assemble the entire Israelite community.
