Oh man, it's great to be here.

I'm so grateful for the little oasis that we carve out each day in our lives.

A place of peace, a place of safety, a place to take another step forward in our lives.

A place to open our hearts in a very healthy and safe way to the scriptures and what they have to say in our lives.

Thrilled.

Actually, so grateful to be here with you today.

And, I mean, we've come to do that another step forward.

And so let's pick up where we left off.

We're working through the book of

first kings at this point tracking with the kings of judah and the kings of israel they uh

they are two kingdoms now and so we're kind of back and forth today we'll kind of uh be with two different kings, one from Judah, one from

Israel, together, and a prophet, and a story. First Kings, Chapter 22. For three years, there was no war between Aram and Israel.

In the third year, King Jehoshavad of Judah went to visit the King of Israel.

The King of Israel asked his staff,

Do you know that Ramoth and Gilead belongs to us,

and we are doing nothing to take it back from the King of Aram?

And he asked Jehoshaphat,

will you go with me to fight at Ramat and Gilead?
