Today is the 14th day of February.

Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I am Brian.

It's great to be here with you today from the shores of the Sea of Galilee, overlooking the Sea of Galilee.

So, it's really great to be back here.

It's one of my very, one of my very favorite places in the world.

Really, really beautiful, peaceful place.

And, man, of all the places in Israel I can picture Jesus here most and understand why I hear

and it's lovely so greetings to you glad we can be here together on this journey whether here

or virtually as we begin kind of the Galilee portion of our

excursion, our pilgrimage. We'll be kind of moving around some of the interior of the Galilee

today. And we'll talk about that. And yeah, we'll share kind of yesterday, getting into the Galilee,

getting out of the Judean wilderness and into the Galilee.

So we'll talk about all that and all the goings on later,

but we're here now to take the next step forward.

But before we do, we're at the end of a week.

We always take a second here to kind of huddle up, gather around, reflect back.

We started this week.

We made some intentions and now we get to look back and see what the challenges were

and what the victories were and this rhythm of beginning a week and then reflecting back on it

this is as a community this is our way of getting into the kind of ritual or rhythm of becoming aware that our thoughts and our words and our choices and our actions write the story of our lives.

And that writes the story on a week.

But some of those choices can last forever and have ongoing implications.
