Today is the 10th day of February. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible.

I'm Brian. It's wonderful to be here with you today, like it is every day. Like I am every day.

Like I hope we all are every day. It's good to be here. In our safe place.

Now we come to every day and create for each other day, every day.

If we don't come in here safe, then it's not safe, right?

We come in here?

It's safe?

We're here for one reason.

But the Bible speak to us in whatever way it does, move us in whatever way it will, open our hearts to the scriptures and see what happens.

And we just kind of drop everything that's going on and focus our hearts and minds in this place

as we take the next step forward.

And so let's do it.

We're in the book of Exodus, kind of in the portion of the scripture now where this is what becomes the mosaic law.

So the children of Israel are in the wilderness.

They are around Mount Sinai, the mountain of God.

According to the Bible, it's like a traveling city.

There's a million or more people.

It's hard to even imagine.

I've been out in that wilderness.

It is certainly vast enough for this, but man, that many people just across the desert floor around these

places. It's fascinating to consider even just how that would have looked from a distance, like from the distant

mountain tops.
