Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible Family Christmas Party for 2023 I am Brian.

I am Jill and here we are together hanging out a little bit around the global

campfire with a little hot cocoa and yeah this is our family Christmas party

that we look forward to each year.

This is no different than any other year.

We're looking forward to all of the voices,

all the calls, all of the stories, all of the calls all of the stories all of the people thinking of those we

lost this year thinking of those that are new to the family this year it just day day by day, step by step, we just keep going and thank

God we are. But it's been a heck of a year. How about you guys out there? It's in a heck of a year. On so many

on so many levels this year's

on so many levels this year's word was

expand and we always think we know what that's going to look like and then and then it doesn't.

Yeah.

It's much more comprehensive and total than we could ever understand.

So we're thinking we're going to continue to move forward and developing what we're developing here on the farm and looking forward to the future

having a place here for others and maybe people and the community and stuff like that and so we're just thinking yeah that's

probably what that means but we learned probably in the late spring early summer that

it's about an internal journey. We're gonna have to expand inside and open our hearts maybe in ways that we haven't before.

Just kind of thinking that through, looking at our family,

looking at our relationships, looking at ourselves, looking at our relationship with each other, we just kind of

realized if we go forward now we're not going to end up in the same place later.

Yeah. And so we started the work of just looking inside and expanding and exploring and growing and developing.
