I am Brian. It is wonderful to be here with you today.

I am very, very grateful to be here with you today.

Grateful to take these final steps in this 20th year of the Daily Audio Bible,

starting to get melancholy about it.

But it is what it is.

Time.

I have not found that pause button.

I have looked for it.

And actually, much more than the pause button, I have looked for it, and actually much more than the pause button, I have looked for

the rewind button, right? Anybody with me? I have searched and searched and searched for the rewind

button. I have walked all around the woods looking for that portal, that time machine to go back

to that one place and make that one decision over again.

But I cannot find it.

And so there is no pause button, there is no portal.

The only way is forward.

And if the scriptures are true, then forward is something that goes on forever.

And so sometimes I think, okay, okay, a million years from now,

this thing that is like killing me right now probably won't matter, even a thousand years from now.

So hold on to hope there.

I am grateful to be here and going in the only direction we can go together, which is forward.

And so let's go forward.
