samuel second samuel is the the telling of king dav David's reign in life.

And man, we've been watching David have kind of immaculate character.

Wise beyond his years has deep character that the people can see.

And then all of the sudden, like he doesn't just move in a poor choice direction.

He just jumps into the deep end of

the most devastating catastrophic a betrayal trauma possibly

he takes another man's wife

one of his 30 most loyal soldiers

and she becomes pregnant and he tries to cover it up but is unsuccessful and so to ultimately kind of cover it up

he has her husband his name name is Uriah, killed in battle. So he's killed in

battle. He has an honorable death, but it's an intentional death. And, uh, and hard to think, I mean,

maybe there are a few handful of things that we could think of that are

equivalent or lower or whatever.
