We find ourselves in a conversation between Job who has literally been wiped out, deeply,

deeply broken, absolutely traumatized in every conceivable way.

He's having a conversation with his friends, they've come, they've sat with him.

And he's crying out in his own anguish and pain.

His friends are starting to get mad.

Because Job's saying some things that feel like he's speaking against God and things that feel like he's kind of justifying himself.

And they're just trying to, they're trying to comfort him, they're trying to be around him, they're trying to do the kinds of things that we would do.

Trying to tell him like, yeah, you shouldn't be talking like that because things happen for a reason and

Joe's just not really going for that at this point he's trying to figure out if he could come before God without fear. If God weren't so infinitely
