Today is the 17th day of April. Welcome to the Daily Audio Bible. I'm Brian and it is

wonderful to be here with you today as we gather yet again around the Global Campfire and

take the next step forward like we do every day. And our next step leads us back into the

book of Joshua. And today we'll read Joshua chapter 15.

The allotment for the tribe of Judah according to its clans extended down to the territory of

Edom to the desert of Zinn in the extreme south. Their southern boundary started from the bay at

the southern end of the Dead Sea. Crossed south of Scorpion Pass continued on to Zinn and went

over to the south of Kadesh Barnaya. Then it ran past Ezraan up to Adar and curved around to Karkha.

It then passed along to Asmone and joined the Wadi of Egypt ending at the Mediterranean Sea.

This is their southern boundary. The eastern boundary is the Dead Sea as far as the mouth of the

Jordan. The northern boundary started from the bay of the sea at the mouth of the Jordan.

Went up to Bethogla and continued north of Betaraba to the Stone of Boan, Son of Rubin.

The boundary then went up to Debir from the Valley of Aikor and turned north to Gilgal which

faces the pass of Adumim south of the Gorge. It continued along the waters of Enshamesh and

came out at Enroguel. Then it ran up the Valley of Ben-Hennon along the southern slope of the

Jebiusite city, that is Jerusalem. From there it climbed to the top of the hill west of the Hennon

Valley at the northern end of the Valley of Refayim. From the hilltop the boundary headed toward

the spring of the waters of Nathtawa came out at the towns of Mount Efron and went down toward

Bayala, that is Kiriad the Ayrum. Then it curved westward from Bayala to Mount Seer, ran along the

northern slope of Mount Jairum, that is Kessalon, continued down to Bethogla and crossed to Timna.

It went to the northern slope of Echron, turned towards Shikaron, passed along to Mount Bayala

and reached Jabneo. The boundary ended at the sea. The western boundary is the coastline of the
