This is a little bit intimidating.

Brian brings the smarty pants, he brings the facts, but I'm hoping to bring a little bit of fun

here to this, I don't know what to call it, this place,

this beautiful global campfire community that my husband has built and made such a beautiful, safe space.

And he's done this for 20 years now that is astounding i'm so proud of him and i am very delighted to be able to be here with you today we just like to switch things up a little bit

on the first day of april so thank you for allowing me to be here.

But the honest truth is, you didn't have a choice. I'm here anyways. But truly, truly a privilege to be here.

Let's read the Bible, shall we? Today, we're reading, beginning with

Deuteronomy, chapters 18 through 20, and then in the New Testament, Luke, chapter 9, verses 28

through 50, and then we'll read Psalm 73, and we will end today with Proverbs, chapter 12,

verse 10, and this this week we are reading it's a mouthful new revised standard version updated edition deuteronomy chapter 18

the levitical priests the whole tribe of Levi, shall have no allotment or inheritance within Israel.

They may eat the offerings by fire that are the Lord's portion, but they shall have no inheritance

among the other members of the community. The Lord is their inheritance, as he promised them. This shall be the

priests do from the people, from those offering a sacrifice. Whether an ox or a sheep, they shall give

to the priest the shoulder, the two jowls, and the stomach. The first fruits of your grain,

your wine, and your oil, as well as the first of the fleece of your sheep, you shall give him. For the Lord your God has chosen Levi

out of all your tribes to stand and minister in the name of the Lord, him and his sons for all
