I will admit to you that perhaps I'm in a bit of a mood.

But I wanted to record my thoughts on the following article that came across my news feed.

Don't worry. It's not political, per usual of the D6G. Okay, here's the thing that came across my

news feed. Martin Scorsese says, fight back against comic book movie culture by supporting directors like Christopher Nolan.

Quote, we've got to save cinema, end quote.

I don't get it.

I just don't get it.

Like, first of all, maybe, again, maybe I'm just in a mood.

I don't know.

But maybe I'm sensitive to this because a good movie is a good movie.

What does it matter if it's a comic book movie?

And why is it the fact that if it's a comic book movie and it's a great movie, it's

somehow not cinema?

That's total garbage.

I love Martin Scorsese films. He's fantastic. As is Christopher Nolan,

as is Quentin Tarantino. And I don't know the directors that directed the Avengers

...
