Oh, I think we're well past that. D6G Partake. D6G Hartain Welcome back and this is my second This is my second installment of Balticon, my reporting from Balticon, my experiences at Balticon.

So, well, first, I want to run through the stuff that I kind of missed last time.

The Balticon was held this year in the Renaissance Baltimore Harborside,

which is, ironically enough, not quite on the harbor front.

The waterfront, there's a bit of a strip mall, actually, the main street

that goes down the waterfront, and then there's a bit of a strip mall, and then there's

the waterfront. So you can see the beautiful waterfront if you have a waterfront room,

and you're right there.

You're about 200 yards away from the water.

That strip is a crazy, interesting area with lots of things to do,

lots of shopping, lots of restaurants.

When we were there last, it was a lot less built up, as I think I mentioned in the last episode.

When we were there for Balticon, they were having a big screamo death metal festival all weekend long, which was very intriguing,

called Hell in the Harbor, I think is what it was called.

And that was interesting.

There was an interesting overlap of fandoms. A person dressed as an animal

at one at the concert could have probably passed off as one of the people dressed as an animal

at Balticon.
