Hello and welcome to another one of my little pips, and this is going to be a hot take.

I was at my sisters and brother-in-law's house just a couple weeks ago and talking about all the TV shows that come out for science fiction and fantasy fans during the summer.

And it occurred to me that it's always nice to find out that you've missed out on a show and you can catch up to it and that there's

something cool out there that you didn't know about. And I thought this would be a great

segment that we could do. And unfortunately, we went from two or three people joining me to

everybody's busy and nobody can join me. So you're stuck with me and this wacky voice of mine.

But at the same time, I think I've got some very important information for you.

So please stick around. And we're going to talk about all of the shows that I've been watching this summer.

Sadly, if you're a Star Trek fan, there is no Star Trek here whatsoever.

None of the new Star Trek really appeal to me.

Well, that's not entirely true.

Below Decks looks fun.

And Strange New Worlds, I believe, is the new one.

That looks interesting.

I didn't have the streaming services for either of those when they came out, however, and Star Trek just doesn't really

call to me, so I don't think about that when I'm trying to find new stuff. But I'm sure they're

great. Russ loves them.

And so they're not going to be on this list, sadly.
