Welcome to another edition of Rapid Fire, the roundtable discussion of all things gaming

coming at you with the speed of a clearly thought-out and analytical rules model.

I'm Geekley McNarding and your host. Today, as always, our panelists are Russ sits in the mechanics

Wakeland and Rafe the Fluff Zombie Granger. Let's begin. Issue number one, the rise of the

great steam-powered machine that is war machine began around 2003 with various awards and accolades.

It began a steamrolling movement that

crushed all before it. However, there are still surfaces from time to time the complaint that

the cannon of War Machine fluff is too difficult to find as it lays strewn about several

books, magazines, and special web-based features. Question! Is there a great story here only waiting

to be unearthed and put together in a coherent format,

or is it just a mishmash of stolen bits and pieces of law from countless other sources? Rief, I love the press, I must confess. Well, as you know, I do like it, but it can be troublesome to follow. Russ Fluff Minor Wynidina! It is an epic saga that can just overwhelm that. overwhelmed. The answer is yes, but the task of finding all of this

information and putting it in one place would be so Herculean, it will never happen. There will

never be a coherent flow of narrative encompassing the Iron Kingdoms, and so much of what

is good about this universe will be relegated to Russ's weekly trivia challenges. Issue number

two. At Adepticon recently, Phil Kelly held a Q&A about future GW releases.

Included in his little nuggets of wisdom was the space wolves will not be getting a codex this year.

Fifth edition will be out somewhere between July, according to White Dwarf, and before Christmas, according to Kelly.
