When I was a kid we lived about a mile a mile and a half from school and oftentimes I would walk and on the way home from school

My favorite stop to make was the coin shop. It was a little nerd haven. I loved it. They had football cards

I was really into football cards baseball cards of course, but I wasn't so much into those and coins obviously

It's called the coin shop and the proprietor proprietor of said shop was in older guy

He was probably my age now, but no, no, he was older than that really. He was wisdom. He was more wisdom

But he reminded me of the guy in the never-ending story remember who he gets the book from and

The guy said now be careful. There's a lot of power in that book

He was a little bit like that, but he never gave me any like magical trinkets a little like Peter Falky

Yes, yeah, yeah a little bit. He looked like Dennis friends. Yeah, I just occurred to him

I'm like, oh and he'd be behind the counter all the really valuable stuff was like under glass for me was like being in a museum

So I treated it that way and I think that's probably in retrospect. That's probably why he was a little

Surly with us kids, you know, it was like it was your good place. Maybe one of the best places, but it was definitely a good place

Football cards. Yeah, I wasn't into coins. Yeah, that was a nerd bridge too far

You know, but I you say that it was a nerdy thing to do which I would argue in a positive way

I don't mean to be in something no, I know but I would argue that kids who are into football cards and coins and stuff like that

I wouldn't classify as that as nerdy. I think adults who are into that I would say that's nerdy

You know what I'm saying? Yeah, it's like being a kid like what kid isn't into
