Postal Service does, making sure there's deliveries six days a week.

The key difference is the US Postal Service is government

controlled. Royal Mail became a publicly listed company back in 2013. And now

this British institution could soon be owned by a check billionaire.

Daniel Kretenski's 6.5 billion dollar offer has been accepted pending shareholder

approval and the all clear from the UK government.

In an exclusive interview with the BBC

he explains why such an important national asset should be entrusted to him.

Of course in a way you can be paralyzed by the great responsibility that comes from such a tradition

from such a name from the importance of the company.

But the answer for me was simple because I truly believe that we can help now and that we can
