That's essentially what it is.

Toughest part of all of this is the uncertainty I believe, and obviously fear and

concern for your loved ones and others and concern for the economy and your job and everything

else.

And I think what we really want, what we need is a timeline.

You know, we need a plan. But, you know, pandemics don't say, well, here's a simple timeline.

Here's how it works. it's not how life is. So you just

got to be mentally tough. This is an exercise in strengthening your mental
