I've been off for two weeks, and when I was last with you, I mentioned that while I was

gone, the election was going to happen. Boy, did it happen, didn't it? And I've talked about this

on the podcast before that I have this thing about yoga teachers not trying to sound wise about things that they know not of.

Like, just because you're a yoga teacher doesn't mean you have this wisdom that just applies to everything, you know.

So you could just speak on all topics

from a place of, like, wisdom. I don't, I don't think that, like, actors trying to talk about

politics, yoga teachers really have a place necessarily. Now, some people, they're socially

engaged and that's their thing.

And that's fine.

But just because you're a yoga teacher doesn't mean you have to say something about everything, you know?

And I haven't been saying anything about this election because I don't think I have anything to add that you can't get somewhere else

in a better way that I'm going to be able to say it.

But it has to be mentioned because it does feel like I'm in a different reality

And for me, personally, where it's hitting most home is just with my dad.

You see, my dad voted for the president-elect, and I didn't know that before the election

because my dad and I stopped talking about politics together some years ago,
