I'm Joey and I'm with Gone Connor, as always, and we haven't done an episode in a week,

and I already forgot how to start one of these.

I don't know. It feels like it feels weird because even though, well, you've done a lot this past

week. I have. But I took like a nice little like three-day break. And then for some reason,

like, do you ever go, do you guys ever feel like if you get off the grind for just one or two days,

you just forget how to work? Yeah.

I come back home and I'm like, all right. And then I just sit on my desk and I'm like,
