0:11.0	Yeah. So to understand how to better protect your accounts, you have to understand the basics
0:17.0	of authentication. So how would your access accounts? And this boils down to three main concepts. That is
0:22.4	what you are. So that's mostly biometrics like me, my fingerprint, my face, you know, like iPhones,
0:27.7	face ID. That's what you are, what you have. That can be your physical phone, another device,
0:33.4	such as a USB drive or security key, and then what you know. That is essentially your password, your PIN, security questions, all that.
0:41.3	And using those, you want to combine those for your online account just to make sure you know
0:47.3	and get it.
0:48.3	So you can never get into account without having, you know, one of, two or two of those things,
0:53.3	making it nearly very difficult for a hacker to
0:55.4	get into your account. So going down to each one of those, your password, you want to make sure
1:02.6	it is a complex, randomized password of like eight to 12 characters that have no, you know,
1:10.3	no chance of someone else thinking of it.
1:11.6	And this is nearly impossible for someone to remember
1:14.6	so if I can recommend password managers to handle that for you.
1:17.6	I know Bitwarden is a really popular one.
1:20.6	It's very easy to use.
1:21.6	I use that myself with a security key to make sure to know it can get into it.
1:25.6	It checks to make sure there's no dupeclits across your,
1:29.6	you know, your devices, your websites, and it's very convenient. You don't have to memorize
1:33.6	all your passwords. It's super simple. But that's also a key to all your passwords. So it's very
