She's the executive Director of the Georgetown Institute for Technology,

Law and Policy at Georgetown University.

Prior to this position, she spent over a decade at the National Security Agency, the NSA, where she was the

Associate General Counsel for Intelligence Law, and she also served on Capitol Hill as the Senior

Minority Council for the Russia Investigation in the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. the MSMBC, P.C. NPR, talking about data privacy, cyber security, and national security issues.
